The movie “Do The Right Thing” by Spike Lee is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and to commemorate that are two special sneakers from Nike. The Spike Lee Pack – Nike Blazer High / Big Nike High sneakers are theme colorways that is expected to be in demand among Spike Lee’s fans.
The Spike Lee Pack – Nike Blazer High / Big Nike High are themed sneakers that follow the color palette of the central locations of the movie. Thus, you get a colorway that looks exactly like Sal’s Pizza, which sports white perforated uppers, accented by black laces and sole and heel. The green inner lining peeps, giving you a sneak view of what’s inside.
The Big High Nike model has almost the same layout as the original Air Jordan 1, but this one has a black and red upper, with white perforated toe box and black laces and Nike Swoosh. It has a white sole and red outsole. It also features the signature glasses of Spike Lee on the tongue tag.

There may be no traces of the moon anywhere in these sneakers but there may be an explanation for the name. We are talking about the Nike Lunar Mariah Black Hot Red sneaker, which is available at Tier Zero accounts.
The Nike Lunar Mariah Black Hot Red sneaker may have been named after Luna because of the speckled midsole which look like well, craters in the moon. Or was that only our imagination?
This sneaker has three versions, all of which come in an over-all black upper with Black Nike Swoosh. The only difference in the versions is the accents of red, white and blue on the outsole and on the lining of the Nike swoosh.
The sneaker is a hybrid of the track racing shoe Air Mariah which was developed in 1980, as well as the Nike Eagle. These sneakers are however better versions of their original models.
While the sneaker is made of different materials in the upper and in the toe box, the attraction is really the speckled Lunar midsole. You will also find the blue, red and white accents on the tongue and on the heels of the sneakers.

Continuing with the recent Nike Blazer trend manifested by the “Lucky Green” and “Red Velcro,” we now have a “Club Purple” colorway joining in the rainbow party. The Nike Blazer Mid ND pictured here in a predominantly purple colorway sits atop a white sole and has “Voltage Yellow” shoe laces. Continuing with vintage Tennis Classic releases, Nike will be releasing their Nike Tennis Classic in a Vintage Green colorway. The Tennis Classic features an all white upper with green accents and a perforated swoosh. The laces also feature subtle green accents which bring together the vintage feel of a very classic Nike sneaker.

With so many Air Jordan, Dunk, and Air Force 1 news popping up daily, the Vandal might for some have gotten lost in the fray- popping up most memorably/recently in a Batman-inspired makeup. But Nike sure can’t forget. Slated to release as part of Nike’s February 2010 lineup, the Nike Vandal Hi Supreme’s shown here come in vintage nylon material. The first pair comes in an “electric green” colorway with a grey/black strap. The second is designed with a medium grey base and orange/red strap.
