Eddie Cruz sure has developed a love affair with reptilian scales and this is evident with each and every sneaker design he develops. If you want proof of that then take note of the Nike Air Force 1 West “Eddie Cruz” sneaker which is now on display at the House of Hoops.
The Nike Air Force 1 West “Eddie Cruz” sneaker is a really hot kicks that come in the form of a high top sneaker. What you get is a conservative grey-colored sneaker but with very fashionable reptilian scales textured upper that rocks.
The sneaker’s reptilian scale design is actually found all over the upper from the toe box and the toe panel to the side panels and the heels. The patent Nike swoosh is also in grey but it manages to stand out from the reptile scale design, would the proper word for that be “shines”?
The shoelaces are in grey with a shiny single footstrap adding some detail to the sneaker. It has a grey midsole, made more attractive by the red outsole which peeps down under.

We should start referring to this week as Bespoke week with all of the cool Bespoke Air Force 1’s that we have seen. This is the new Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 by Tony Baker that will make use of the Zebra Strip material, and also feature animal hair as well an icy clear midsole.

Nike has brought again a new design of sneaker for those who are looking for a new look with Nike Air Force. It will surely hit the market once it is ready to be sold in retail stores. 
Nike Air Force Friday has an all white leather Upper with a perforated toe cap and a blue accent swoosh on the side. The sneaker’s shoe lace is in white color with a tag on its tongue being accented in blue color. It also has the tag of Nike air in the middle of the midsole and a black accent sole. It comes in very neat, clean, and classic design.

After successfully designing the Nike Purple Air Force 1 Low, Eddie Cruz comes back with this dark, scaly number. Dubbed as the Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 High Supreme Blue Scale, Cruz created this pair as part of the East vs West Rivalry collection. Cruz explained that he intended this set to have a dark base for maximum contrast.  His creation features a black base and a navy scale-like material that defines the upper. Apart from shoelaces, he also made use of obsidian patent leather straps, plus a black inside-out midsole. The Nike logo swoosh is made of black patent leather. But if there’s something he carried over from the low cut model, it is the red outsole made of 0.44 sticky rubber for “better  performance under bad condition”.
It retails between 5-0.
