As you probably already know, the third colorway of the highly sought-after Nike Air Yeezy just dropped last weekend and like with the others, they were extremely limited in quantities, forcing retailers to come up with creative ways to sell them so that customers might actually have a shot at copping a pair. At the Nike flagship store in Singapore, they chose to put together a raffle for the 48 pairs that were up for grabs, and as you would expect, there was quite a crowd gathered to try to get their hands on a pair. Singapore turned out to be the only country in South East Asia to receive the Net/Net Yeezy’s, so people were not playing around. In addition to the Yeezy raffle, local artist Killer Gerbil was also on hand to sign copies of his Air Yeezy illustrations. You can check out some more pics of the event after the jump. This past weekend, Many Sneakerheads lined up all over America for the Net Nike Air Yeezy release. The ‘Net/Net’ colorway is the only Nike Air Yeezy pair to consist of a glow in the dark swoosh (of the 3 that released this far). Aficionado (Chicago, IL) threw a launch party for these Kanye West Shoes, and Sneaker Files has been provided once more with an exclusive video recap.

Atlanta’s own Standard made the most of Saturday’s release of the delicious new pink/black Nike Air Yeezy. With campers setting up temporary residence for up to five days prior outside the Peachtree location, the Standard folks added some meat to the event; literally. They invited the folks who they’d seen day after day to come inside and enjoy a nice breakfast, complete with an Air Yeezy desert. Despite the fact that beautiful weather of late made the wait a bit easier, this is easily one of the friendlier and more creative ways to commemorate the release that we’ve seen. Not yet sold on the upcoming Nike Air Yeezy releasing on May 2nd? Well these pictures may change your mind as they provide a detailed view of the next installment in the Kanye West collection. This Air Yeezy consists of a subtle combination of black, grey and pink. Other details include Yeezy’s “Y” print ont he patent leather strap and on the back heel. The inner lining is also colored with pink for a nice contrast. Get your chairs and camping gear ready for this one as it has been said people have already started lining up a few spots.
