Nike Hyperdunk “Metallic Gold”

This sneaker looks like it was made especially for those who traverse the information digital highway most of the time. Blame that on the linear design found on the upper of this Hyperdunk from Nike.
The Nike Hyperdunk “Metallic Gold” sneaker has an interesting color scheme that was inspired by the Metallic Gold Lightposite. If you’re raring to get this then MarqueeSole will get them early.
This sneaker has a gray-black upper accented by metallic gold on the heel tag, the eyelet collar, some parts of the space near the laces and the upper and midsole but divided by a silver design in the midpart. This one will give you a nice dose of metallic gold right down to the sneaker Flywire.
The grids on the upper of the Nike Hyperdunk “Metallic Gold” is more like technology grids which could mean it is a high technology basketball shoes. The secret is out in the open and if you care to get one of the nicest colorways from this model the go get the Nike Hyperdunk “Metallic Gold” early.

Nike Hyperdunk Metallic Gold
Nike is apparently recycling some old ideas from the Flightposite. They have announced a Hyperdunk that is reminiscent of the Foamposite Eggplant, and now they are doing it again with this Metallic Gold Hyperdunk that is clearly a sibling of the Metallic Gold Flightposite. No word yet on release, but we have a feeling more Flightposite and Foamposite-inspired Hyperdunks are coming our way.

Nike Hyperdunk - Metallic Gold / Black- Silver

We recently previewed the “Eggplant” Nike Hyperdunk, and we now have our first look at an Air Flightposite 1 inspired colorway. This pair hosts a metallic gold base, black mid-panel, gold flywire, black tongue, silver midfoot, and black laces. Overall this style is extremely similar to the “Gold” Air Flightposite 1 that was released last year. Though many thought that the Hyperdunk’s reign was coming to an end, Nike Basketball continues to dish out new colorways that are definitely worth checking out. Unfortunately, there is no release information regarding this pair, so be sure to stay tuned for updates.

Nike Hyperdunk No Flywire Pack
The Hyperdunk is still a Hyperdunk even without the Flywire. Eliminating the latter technology, Nike is still successful in producing a new breed of hyperdunks. The four colorways are expected to be seen in the market by the end of June. The “No Flywire” Pack includes the Comet Red, Neptune Blue, Cool Grey, and Cyber Yellow colorways. The plain upper doesn’t really make the difference, the Nike spirit is still being carried away by the sneakers. [EUKicks]

Despite the fact that the Hypermax and Hyperize are hitting retail now, the Hyperdunk will live on next year with the Nike Hyperdunk Low. Basically a low cut Hyperdunk, the Nike Hyperdunk Low was built for those who prefer to hoop in lows, like Kobe Bryant, who coincidentally won an NBA Championship in low top kix.

The Nike Hyperdunk Low is set to release during the Spring of 2010. Read on for more.

Nike Hyperdunk Aston Martin

Nike Hyperdunk Aston Martin
Ever since the video was released of Kobe Bryant jumping over the Aston Martin, fans have been in awe. Nike has decided to create a sneaker in honor of that video, and here we have the Nike Hyperdunk Aston Martin. These shoes are still just a sample, but we hope that they actually release. Nike Hyperdunk Aston Martin Edition

A while back, Nike created some nice buzz with the video of Kobe Bryant jumping over an Aston Martin in a pair of Hyperdunks. As an interesting afterthought, an exclusive Aston Martin-inspired Hyperdunk was created to preserve the moment in time. The kicks are stunning at a glance, but a closer look reveals a variety of nice little touches to make the concept that much more legit. The Aston Martin Hyperdunk  sports a metallic silver upper with some classy burgundy accents. The silver Aston Martin hood ornament is used for the lace locks and an embossed logo of Kobe’s pre-jump silhouette graces the tongue. In another tribute to the memorable leap, the insole features a step by step illustration depicting Kobe’s silhouette from start to finish. Unfortunately, these are only a sample and you’d have better luck jumping over a car than landing yourself a pair, but you can, however, get a bunch of detailed looks after the jump and if you are in the Portland area, feel free to stop in at Capital and get a look at this pair in the flesh.
